There are so many online platforms today that make our lives easier. They take tasks that formerly took hours (or even days) and reduce them to mere minutes using automation.

Email marketing services allow us to send email to massive lists and track every click. CRMs allow us to manage and track every prospect and customer interaction. And of course, invoicing platforms take the manual effort out of getting paid. Those are just a few in a sea of examples.

However, in order for all these online platforms to have the most up-to-date information, they have to communicate with each other. And that’s where things start to get complicated.

We at Invoiced understand this challenge. We’ve built both custom integrations and a robust API to enable the Invoiced platform to communicate with many others on the market. But there’s always more we could do to make these connections seamless and easy.

In order to further the communication network our customers, we’re thrilled to announce our latest partnership with Zapier.

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, and over 750 more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. It's easy enough that anyone can build their own app workflows with just a few clicks.

“Zapier’s integration with Invoiced gives businesses the flexibility to build their own Invoiced integrations without a line of code,” said Matt Lukso, Partner Manager. “Zapier connects 750+ essential business tools including CRMs, email marketing apps, team chat platforms, shared spreadsheets and more, so teams can avoid manual data entry and focus on their most important work.”

After validating your Invoiced credentials with Zapier, you can easily connect the data you gather in Invoiced with a whole host of Zapier apps - and vice versa. Here are just a few of the connections you can make using the Zapier/Invoiced integration:

  • Add new Invoiced customers to a MailChimp list
  • Add a new subscription to Invoiced when a deal is closed in PipeDrive
  • Add new HubSpot CRM contacts to Invoiced
